In September of 2002, I decided that I needed to do more to show loving kindness to all beings. I was not sure how I was going to do that, other than just being, and I am still not so certain. But, expressing loving kindness through the Internet seemed like a good place to begin. So...

Be kind and loving to yourself.

Be kind and loving to your neighbors.

Be kind and loving to all you meet.

Be kind and loving to all beings.

At all times we need loving kindness, and now is no exception. How many more people need to die for security, pride, revenge, money, oil, or avarice?

Inside and Outside are one. Outside and Inside are one. Even now.

I welcome any suggestions about practicing loving kindness.
